Notice of Vaccination Opportunity
Dear Parent/Guardian,
We will be able to offer flu vaccinations to students in SAU #58 schools through Weeks
Medical Center this year. The vaccinations will be administered by a Weeks’ nurse during
the school day on Friday October 18, 2024.
Please note, there is no cost to you if you choose to have your child vaccinated. Your insurance will be billed, but you will not have to pay a copay. If you do not have insurance, you will not be charged.
If you are interested in having your child receive a flu vaccine, please check your email for the forms or contact the nurse/main office to obtain them and return them completed no later than Friday September 27, 2024.

Homecoming Parade Information:
Meet at GES at 6:45 . Parade starts at 7! Once at the small ball field , please locate the GES PICK UP signs (will be held up in the air so you can spot it). There will be a K-2 area and a 3-5 in the same location. Please be prompt in picking up your students.
WMSI Sign Ups are happening Early this year! We are excited to announce that we will be offering two full 10 week sessions this year. The first session starts in September. Be on the lookout for sign up information coming home with students in Grade 3 - 5.

Attention Groveton bus riders: due to an emergency, all Groveton bus students will ride Bus 101 this afternoon and tomorrow morning. Students who usually ride Bus 102 will be dropped off late today by Bus 101. They will be picked up approximately 30 minutes later than usual tomorrow morning by Bus 101. Contact Berry Transportation with any questions 603-631-6100.

What an incredible first week it has been at Groveton Elementary School! From meeting new friends to reconnecting with familiar faces, we've had a week full of excitement, learning, and fun.
Classroom Adventures: Our students have jumped right into their studies, exploring new subjects, asking questions, and engaging in hands-on activities. It's amazing to see the curiosity and enthusiasm!
Creative Projects: Art classes are already bursting with creativity! The hallways are starting to fill with colorful and inspiring artwork created by our talented students.
Staying Active: Recess and PE classes have been a blast! The playgrounds are alive with energy, and our students are showing off their athletic skills and team spirit.
Healthy Meals: Lunchtime has been a great opportunity to enjoy healthy meals together and practice good habits in our cafeteria. Our kitchen staff is doing a fantastic job keeping everyone nourished and ready to learn!
Community Spirit: We’ve felt the strong sense of community as staff, students, and families come together to support one another. Thank you for making our first week so successful and memorable!
